Worked as Head of innovation and Future methods of construction department discovering, and understanding the promising technology around the world pushing the boundaries by working with Inventors, designers, and engineers to find solutions for our nation and the globe to have a better tomorrow. Conceptual and competition designer with a wide range of experience. Won the 2017AIA Los Angeles design housing award with his colleagues. Recognized by HRH Prince Sultan Bin Salman in 2010 for one of the excellent design work. Recently Designed the vision2030 Roundabout which had been published in many local news. Involved in Haramain High Speed Railways stations design team. And many other recognized projects. Holds a master degree in architecture from Sci-arc Los Angeles, and, B.S in architecture from KFU Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

David Philp
Global BIM Consultancy Director, AECOMWith over 25 years in industry David is a Chartered Construction Manager by background and Global Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Information Management (Consultancy Director) for AECOM, the global, fully integrated services firm. He was previously employed by Mace as Head of BIM and Technical Services / BIM Programme Director with Balfour Beatty. David has been involved in delivering innovative BIM and digital asset management strategies across the globe from UK, Hong-Kong, Singapore, Australia and the Baltics. He was seconded in the UK Cabinet Office in 2011 as Head of BIM Implementation and has been a key contributor to the UK public sector BIM mandate (GCS 2011-2016) and continues to support through his role as Impact Director at the Construction Innovation Hub. He was also seconded into the Scottish Future Trust (SFT) as Chair of the Scottish BIM Delivery Group. He is a Trustee of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) where he is also Chair of the Policy board. Additionally, David is Vice Chair of the Construction Scotland Innovation Centre. A Fellow of the ICE, RICS and CIOB he has completed the Virtual Design and Construct at Stanford University, CA. and is an honorary professor at Heriot-Watt University and visiting professor at Middlesex University. He is also a member of the BSI BIM Standards Committee.
