With 20 years of experience in Assets, Property and Facility Management as well as Projects Management, Amjad started in retail facilities in KSA, to handling prestigious facilities & buildings in, master communities and mega projects Dubai. He built the Facilities Management Department and designed the organizational structure, setting-up the Standard Operation Procedures, developed and implemented CAFM system and successfully archived ISO 9001/2015 certificate. Amjad’s experience has been enriched with exposure to projects management and master planning as the acting head of projects department for more than 3 years and had the chance to set-up the interdepartmental SLA’s between Projects Department and FM Department.
