Rami El Badawi is a senior real estate, asset, and facilities management executive with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale portfolios across the UAE, KSA, and the wider MENA region. He currently serves as Senior Director – Strategy, Consultancy, and Asset Management at iFM. Previously, Rami held executive leadership roles at Hill International and DAMAC, overseeing complex mixed-use, hospitality, and community development portfolios exceeding 45,000 units. He advises companies on product–market fit, operational scalability, FM digitization, ESG integration, and asset-performance optimization, effectively bridging technology innovation with real-world real estate operations.
