Roger Wahl is a global technology executive driving smart building and smart city innovation through an integrated digital platform that connects data, intelligence, and technology across the built environment. As Global Chief Technology Officer, he advances solutions spanning capital planning, 3D visualization, construction, operations, reality capture, and connected urban technologies, enabling better decisions from project inception through long-term performance.

Alongside providing technology leadership for 12,000 Innovo employees globally, Roger works closely with developers and asset owners to support new development and large-scale retrofit, translating complex project and operational data into actionable insight. His approach blends Digital Twin, IoT, analytics, and verified field data to create intelligent, adaptive buildings and districts.

Roger brings 30+ years of global technology leadership, including CXO-level transformation across engineering, construction, and real estate portfolios on five continents. A Six Sigma Black Belt and U.S. Air Force veteran with AWACS and mission-critical infrastructure experience, he holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
