Marwan Abu Ebeid

Dr. Marwan Abu Ebeid is the digital construction lead for Middle East operations at Turner Construction International, where he has made a global impact by using digitalization to influence the construction industry.

Marwan is an Author of the National Smart Construction Guidelines for the UAE Government. He is the Award winner of the Best Engineer award in Excellence and Creativity in Engineering in UAE for the year 2022 as a recognition of his efforts to ensure the sustainable prosperity of the UAE through evolving methodologies in construction.

He is a founding member of the Center of Excellence in Smart Construction (CESC), A board member of the Digital Engineering Chapter at the Society of Engineers in UAE, and an Advisory Board Member for the American University of Sharjah (AUS) and for the University of Sharjah (UoS).

Dr. Marwan received his Ph.D. degree in Construction Project Management from the UK. He also holds a Certificate from Harvard University in Driving Digital Strategy and two Certificates from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Digital Transformation and Smart Cities.
