As Digital Delivery Director at NEOM, Menno de Jonge is responsible for driving forward the organization’s digital transformation efforts. He leads NEOM’s industrial design and construction strategy, in addition to supporting NEOM regions and projects with their digitization plans. De Jonge’s passion for innovation and sustainability is a key contributor to his sector’s vision to create the blueprint for the construction industry of tomorrow, finding sustainable solutions to aid planning, designing and operating innovative construction systems.
With more than 30 years of experience, De Jonge’s career to date has seen him hold roles at some of Europe’s most esteemed construction and technology companies. He spent six years steering the digital transformation journey at Royal BAM Group, positioning BAM as a leader in the digital construction industry. He was responsible for business development in AEC (Architectural Engineering and Construction) for the EMEA region at global software company, Autodesk – based in De Jonge’s home country, Netherlands. Prior to joining Autodesk, De Jonge was responsible for IT implementations in CAD, BIM, lean construction, data and document management, PLM, ERP, HRM, asset management and more at Ballast Nedam, a Dutch-based construction and engineering company.
