Patrick leads Off-Site Engineering Solutions which is a Dubai based firm of consulting engineers, specializing in the design and delivery of Prefabricated building projects and module production factories. Our team has designed, set up and commissioned over 30 modular construction factories worldwide including 17 in the GCC area. As a passionate engineer, project manager and business consultant, he has successfully positioned developers, architects, engineers, main contractors and sub-contractors among others, to build smarter and faster infrastructure with up to 70% less labour by leveraging modular and off-site construction systems.

Awarded the emerging Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2004 for innovation in the field of Off-Site Construction, and the Enterprise Ireland Strategic Business Planning and High Performance Start up Awards in 2003 and 2005 respectively. More recently awarded the highly acclaimed Off-Site Project of the Year 2023 at that years Construction Technology Awards.

An innovator & inventor receiving a distinctive research thesis and successful industry patents, both in the field of modern construction technology. Patrick is qualified with a B.Sc. Engineering (Civil/Structural) & master’s in business from City University, London. With 30+ years of construction history across The Caribbean, U.K., Ireland, UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia as a contractor, module manufacturer and now as specialist modular consultant, Patrick and his team at Offsite Engineering Solutions have accumulated vast international experience and expertise to deliver value, increased margins and sustainable construction in the region.
