Samer Abu Daqqa has developed a wealth of experience across a broad range of sectors, primarily in Cost Control and Innovation. With over two decades of experience in the Middle East, Samer has developed proficiency in a diverse range of projects, from Low-rise Housing Schemes and major High-rise Towers, Joinery, Metal & Aluminum Manufacturing.
Through building and enhancing the cost control system, Samer has ensured delivery of efficient, effective, and reliable methods and practices, including monitoring cash flows, forecasting estimated costs at completion, corrective action and feedback. All these systems are in line with internationally recognized standards. Samer has a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Chifley Business School, Australia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Applied Science University. He is also certified in the ‘CM-Lean Construction’ course from the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) in 2019. A year ago, after passing the assessment by RSS (Royal Statistical Society) Lean Expert, ISO 18404:2015 Certificate was awarded to ECC. This defines the competencies for the attainment of specific levels of competency with regards to Six Sigma, Lean, and 'Lean & Six Sigma'.
