Also, he is skilled in project and program management (Certified PMP and PgMP), PMO establishment and operation, operational excellence & performance management, and construction management. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, specializing in construction engineering and management, and he has researched and published on facilities' life cycle cost (LCC) optimization.
