Eisa Al Ali is the Vice President of Project Management Office for Dubai Holding Real Estate. He monitors real estate portfolio with value of multibillion dollar of fully diversified construction projects from early feasibility stage until end of construction. He also develops frameworks and initiatives related to project innovation and digitalization of project management related workflows, Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) implementation strategy and support sustainability initiatives for DHRE.
Eisa began his career in the region as an Oil Field Engineer at Schlumberger. Then moved to ALDAR to manage Al Bander Development which was the recipient of three international awards. In 2010, Eisa joined Etihad Rail where he handled different roles, Deputy CEO of Rail Operation and Executive Director of Commercial & Operation, working to lead strategic development of railway network for the 40 billion AED infrastructure scheme in the entire UAE and linking it to the neighbouring GCC. In 2015, Eisa has also played a pivotal role in Expo2020, working as the Deputy Director General for Planning & Infrastructure, as well as leading a special project for the Special Olympics Abu Dhabi 2019.
Aside from his career, Eisa has been the Chairperson for Technical Committee for Hamdan Bin Mohamed Award for Innovation in Project Management since 2016.
Eisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the American University of Sharjah, a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Paris Sorbonne University, a master’s degree in Big Data and Data Analytics from ESCP and a diploma (with distinction) in Leadership Excellence from the University of Cambridge.
