Oliver aids in developing and implementing digital capability on projects & programmes globally. He is a lean six sigma black belt trained MCIArb chartered programme management professional with over 20 years of experience and a strong background in cost, planning, and risk management.

He has gained a breadth of experience working as the Contractor, PMC and PMO across multiple international infrastructure megaprojects in Rail, Airports, Motorways and Stadium construction.

He has a big-data background with a Master’s in Bioinformatics from York University and a Bachelors in Computational Biology from Warwick University in the UK. Decisive, analytical and empathetic, he excels in the leadership aspects of the role, engaging and developing his teams to build business excellence. He enjoys challenges that require organisational transformation and managing internal and external stakeholders.
