Tushant has been working in the ESG space for over a decade across a number of international markets including India, Middle East & Europe in the real-estate, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.

With a background in corporate ESG strategy for listed companies, decarbonisation pathways, technical low-carbon/net-zero & human-centric design and renewable energy procurement including power purchase agreements (PPAs), he has a strong passion to create a positive impact on the triple bottom line.

Over the last 5-years, he is working closely with across industry groups including World Economic Forum ‘Concrete Zero’ working group, UK Green Building Council, the Science Based Targets Initiative’s advisory board for ‘Building’ sector, World Green Building Council and as a Board member at Emirates Green Building Council.

Currently Tushant is Head the Sustainability at Ramboll, where he is leading the Sustainability, ESG advisory and Regenerative & Human-centric design services for the business in the middle east region.
