Anisha Sagar is the Head of Property Management at Allsopp & Allsopp Group, a leading real estate group operating in Dubai since 2008. Anisha is a diverse, results-driven and motivated individual who brings her concentrated approach to every endeavour within the company. Her journey toward Head of Property Management began at a young age when she started out as a lettings manager within a UK corporate firm.
As a person focused on actions over words, Anisha approached every obstacle as an opportunity and joined the Allsopp & Allsopp team in 2015 as a Senior Portfolio Manager eventually making it to Head of Property Management.
In her role, she specialises in managing the daily operations and monitoring of portfolio management activities, including managing contractors and other vendors. Anisha also looks after carrying out real estate maintenance related procurements and Major Expenditure Proposal (MEP). Her role entails her to work on bringing in new contracts to the company and under her procurement she has helped businesses increase their revenue by 70% over the last 5 years, whilst increasing portfolio value from 2.5 million to 7.5million. All while offering clients satisfaction and increased 7-8% return on investment on their properties.
Anisha moved to the UAE in 2015 and has been with Allsopp & Allsopp Group for 8 years. She is a mother of 2 and is a full-time working mum. In her free-time, she enjoys playing a game of golf or a sweaty session of boxing. Anisha holds a Masters in Law from the University of Birmingham and speaks four different languages.
Focusing on progress, her next steps for Allsopp & Allsopp Group is to implement Further digitalise the full process for the property management department and maintenance department to enhance the customer experience. She also wants to increase automation,improve tenant experience by providing faster response times, improved communication channels, and increased transparency and accessibility. Another focus is sustainability and energy efficiency and how to reduce energy usage, increasing recycling rates, and implementing green initiatives across their properties. All following the growth and digitalization progress that Dubai constantly goes through.
