Ekaterina’s expertise spans a wide range of responsibilities within owner’s association management, including project management of community enhancements, risk management, budget creation and implementation, organization of community events, leadership, team building, and strategic hiring. Her portfolio includes a diverse range of projects across Dubai, encompassing mixed-use properties, high-rise buildings, and large-scale associations.

Ekaterina is not only a proficient practitioner but also an approved CAI teaching instructor, actively contributing to the professional development of others in the field. She has also been involved in public speaking engagements at industry events in Dubai and Qatar, sharing her expertise and insights with fellow professionals. In addition to her professional pursuits, Ekaterina is actively involved in volunteer work with the CAI Middle East chapter and enjoys traveling, hiking, ice skating, aerial acrobatics, and yoga.
