Elie is the Head of Electricity at the Regulatory and Supervisory Bureau, the regulator of Dubai’s electricity, water, and district cooling sectors. He has been with the RSB for 11 years supporting the development and implementation of policies, legislation, strategies, and regulations. Elie has over 23 years of experience in the energy and utilities sector, predominantly through regulatory and consulting work.
