Karim El-Jisr is the Executive Director of Sustainability Performance & Accreditation at Red Sea Global (RSG), the developer behind The Red Sea and Amaala, two ambitious tourism destinations set along the north-western coast of Saudi Arabia and supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

As part of the Environment and Sustainability business group, he is working to implement RSG’s new model for regenerative development, which puts people and planet first, and leverages the most innovative concepts and technologies to deliver projects that actively enhance the well-being of customers, communities, and the environment. He oversees company-wide sustainability performance including strategy development, green building accreditation of more than 60 assets, and sustainable hospitality operations.
