Nabeel is an expert in Real Estate Development & Investment with over 18 years of experience across the industry and a proven track record of founding real estate development, services, and construction companies in Oman, managing a diverse portfolio of properties and projects, and advising several investment funds, pension funds, corporates, and private clients on various relevant transactions.

AOver the years, Nabeel successfully originated, negotiated, and closed profitable investment opportunities and delivered large-scale projects on time and within the established objectives, achieving robust Return on Equity (ROE) even during challenging market conditions.

Dr Jagannathan has worked in India, Malaysia, Oman, and Qatar and carries a rich experience to his credit. He has Nabeel has an active presence in the industry being a member of the real estate sector development committee and a former board member at the Oman Real Estate Association. He is also serving on the boards of multiple other companies.
