Ahmed AbouAlfa is a seasoned leader in digital transformation and innovation with over 13 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure sector across the Middle East. Currently serving as Associate Director of Digital Innovations and Initiatives at Diriyah Company, Ahmed plays a key role in shaping and delivering smart, future-ready solutions for one of Saudi Arabia’s most iconic heritage developments. His career spans leadership roles in BIM, digital strategy, and project delivery, with a focus on integrating emerging technologies such as AI, Digital Twins, and immersive visualization. Ahmed is also a co-author of the UAE’s National Guidelines for Smart Construction and an active contributor to several regional and global advisory boards. He holds an MBA in Digital Business Strategy and executive certifications from MIT, Purdue, and London Business School.
