Ahmed AbouAlfa

Ahmed AbouAlfa is a digital strategist, innovation leader, executive educator, and transformation advisor with more than 15 years of experience across the Middle East.

His work spans business strategy, AI, data, digital ecosystems, and enterprise transformation across government, real estate, infrastructure, and cultural development environments.

He contributed to the Ertiqaa and Tahawl programmes in Oman, supporting national transformation priorities aligned with Oman Vision 2040, and is a faculty member with Emeritus, delivering Digital Transformation and Innovation programmes internationally. Ahmed is also a co-author of the UAE’s National Guidelines for Smart Construction.

His work is grounded in a clear belief: transformation must remain practical, human, and commercially relevant, with technology and AI enabling better judgment, measurable value, and stronger organizational outcomes.
