Ajay Venu is a qualified Civil Engineer and accomplished Director – Project Control with over 19 years of multi-sector experience across the UAE, Bahrain, and India.

He currently leads the Central Program Controls for Modon Real Estate in Abu Dhabi, overseeing project planning, scheduling, governance and risk across strategic master developments in addition to supporting digital initiatives across all UAE Projects.

A certified PMP and ICIOB member, he brings strategic insight, technical expertise, and a results-driven mindset to enable successful project delivery. His notable contributions span from mixed use developments, residential & commercial projects in addition to theme park & aviation projects.
