Ali Ismail

Ali Ismail holds a Master degree in civil engineering from TU Dresden-Germany. He has more than 10 years’ experience in BIM, Open BIM standards and applying simulation to support construction project planning (PhD dissertation topic) He works as BIM expert in Dubai Municipality-GIS Center and team member of “Dubai BIM Roadmap Design and Implementation for Building Construction” project and the UAE buildingSMART chapter. He is the founder of the OpenBIM platform.
