With 20 years of experience in Assets, Property and Facility Management as well as Projects Management. Started in retail facilities in KSA, to handling prestigious facilities & buildings in, master communities and mega projects Dubai - UAE.

I have built the Facilities Management Department and designed the organizational structure, setting-up the Standard Operation Procedures, developed and implemented CAFM system and successfully archived ISO 9001/2015 certificate.

My experience has been enriched with exposure to projects management and master planning as I was the acting head of projects department for more than 3 years and had the chance to set-up the interdepartmental SLA’s between Projects Department and FM Department.

I have experience with Master Community Management at mega project scale. MBA, MEFMA, PMP, BICS, M100 Certified.
