Amr El Etreby

Amr El-Etreby is the Managing Director of Project Management and Cost Consultancy at Land Sterling, bringing over 25 years of international experience in leading high-value projects across the UAE and North America. His expertise spans project and portfolio management, strategic planning, construction management, and business process re-engineering.

Prior to joining Land Sterling, Amr served as Managing Director at Colliers Project Leaders, where he oversaw complex developments across the Middle East. His leadership has been instrumental in delivering large-scale hospitality, residential, mixed-use, civil, and MEP projects for major clients, including Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management, Dubai Holding, and ICT. His advisory experience includes strategic planning and PMO-level roles with key entities such as the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), Abu Dhabi Municipality, Public Investment Fund (PIF), and Arriyadh Holding Company.

Amr has played a pivotal role in the successful execution of landmark projects, including the Yas Marina Circuit venue expansion in Abu Dhabi, ADNH’s Park Hyatt Hotel and Villas in Saadiyat Island, Jumeirah Group’s hotel renovation projects, and Dubai’s Red Line Metro.

His ability to engage stakeholders, navigate complex project requirements, and drive operational efficiency further strengthens Land Sterling’s commitment to delivering world-class consultancy services.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Strathclyde, UK, and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from The American University in Cairo. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Licensed Professional Engineer in Canada, and a LEED Green Associate.
