Babul Akhtar

Babul has a wealth of real estate experience with a career spanning 30 years in London, Dubai, Doha and Muscat and has been in the GCC since 2012. He managed vertical communities in Downtown Dubai with Emaar, followed by director level roles at both Novus (now Three60 Communities in Dubai), and at UDC with overall master community management responsibility for the iconic The Pearl-Qatar in Doha. He has significant experience in the implementation of brand standards in residential communities as well as management structures for mixed-use developments. As Senior Manager, he currently leads the community management team at Al Mouj Muscat in Oman, which is a joint partnership with Majid Al Futtaim. Babul has a Master’s degree in Management and obtained the industry’s highest PCAM qualification in 2015. He’s passionate about delivering professional community management with CX and engagement being at the core of service delivery.
