Benoît Meulewaeter

Benoit is an Industrial and Civil Engineer from Belgium, Member of Society of Engineers in the UAE and active ASTM and PIANC Workgroup Member. He has 19 years of design and construction industry experience. Benoit’s portfolio in the Middle East, Europe and Africa includes Oil and Gas Marine Developments, Harbours, signature high-rise residentials, office and hotel towers, mixed-use developments, Industrial Buildings and Renewable Energies developments as well as 3D concrete Printing projects. Benoit currently leads the Engineering Department at BESIX Middle East and is a Co-Founder of BESIX3D. Benoit believes that engineering is key to any projects’ success and a key to support the Construction Market adoption of the Industry 4.0 including 3D Printing with noble targets such as safety, efficiency, economy and sustainability.
