With 15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, currently the General Manager of IT Business Technologies at Sobha Realty. Leading IT department for the constructions vertical at Sobha Realty and oversee the development and implementation of IT strategies aligned with the organization's goals. In addition to managing a strategic business work program, budget, and resources, I also identify opportunities for innovation, evaluate emerging technologies, and make recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive revenue growth. My expertise in automation and analytics has enabled me to lead the group program that will assist key business users in leveraging data to genera te insights.

In my previous role, I have been pivotal in transforming, creating, revitalizing, and leading IT, existing and new Digital Channels, Analytics, Application Platforms, and Customer Experiences for some of Dubai's most iconic destinations, including Ain Dubai (world's tallest observation wheel), Roxy Cinema (home to the biggest cinema screen in the MENA region), The Green Planet, Dubai Parks & Resorts and other entertainment destinations. My goal was to provide delightful experiences for our valued customers and achieve unprecedented levels of personalization.

I am passionate about leveraging data and emerging technologies to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. My inclusive leadership style allows me to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, prioritize demands, provide thorough specs, and ensure a data-driven and evidential approach to delivering value and driving growth.
