Dr. Himanshu Jindal

Dr. Himanshu Jindal is an infrastructure, digital, and asset-management executive focused on fixing data foundations and accelerating capex-to-opex transition across large-scale developments in the GCC. He leads Dar Al Riyadh’s Asset Management Advisory business, supporting ministries, sovereign entities, and giga-projects to improve handover, operational readiness, and lifecycle performance in line with international standards and Saudi Arabia’s EXPRO framework.

 

With over 20 years of experience, Himanshu works across asset information strategy, digital twins, and integrated operations—translating construction data into reliable, usable operational systems. He previously held senior leadership roles in Australia with Jacobs and Downer Group, delivering national rail, utilities, and critical-infrastructure programs.

 

He holds a PhD and MBA and is a Fellow, Chartered Professional Engineer, and Engineering Executive (EngExec) with Engineers Australia.
