Erhan Cengiz is a transformational project management leader with over two decades of experience guiding complex, multibillion-dollar infrastructure programs across the Middle East and Africa. As a Director and Executive Project Management leader, he has built and inspired high-performing teams, delivered landmark railway and transportation projects, and navigated some of the most demanding EPC and stakeholder environments in the industry.

Driven by purpose as much as performance, Erhan is known for turning vision into execution-aligning strategy, people, and delivery under pressure. His leadership philosophy centers on accountability, collaboration, and empowering teams to exceed expectations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and integrity.

With deep expertise in project governance, contract management, and organizational alignment, he brings a human-centered approach to large-scale delivery-proving that sustainable success is achieved not only through systems and processes, but through inspired leadership and shared ownership of outcomes. He works as the Projects Director at NICC and leads the Procurement Management teams.
