Firas Al Msaddi

He stands as the Executive Chairman of the fäm Group and built a company that promises its customers to operate with complete integrity & upholds the industry's highest standards.

Firas founded the agency in 2009 at the age of 25, built during the global economic crisis, driven by his strong belief in the sustainability and endurance of Dubai.

Being a serial entrepreneur, he credits his vision to his parents and wife, all of whom encouraged and inspired him to succeed. He believes that the harder you work, the more you learn, the faster you progress.

He came from a small boutique real estate agency in Dubai Marina mid-way through 2007. He then was headhunted to another agency and got promoted to become a Sales Manager by the end of the year. 2 years later, he studied for Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Dubai and ran his own office.

Today, the firm employs 700+ employees across all companies, with 2.7 million square feet of managed properties, and operates an additional 32,200 square feet of functional office spaces.

Firas currently resides in Dubai with his loving wife, two sons & twin girls.
