Garry Murray

Garry Murray brings over 15 years wealth of experience in community and facilities management functions within the GCC region, including over a decade of experience in managing horizontal, vertical, and mixed-use jointly owned properties as well as educational assets.

Garry has been active within Dubai’s built environment since 2011 and has served in different positions ranging from ground operations to senior management level ones. He is currently the President of the Community Association Institute (CAI) – Middle East and brings a wealth of operational experience.

Garry is highly commended for his outstanding organizational leadership, excellent communication and collaboration skills, interpersonal public speaking skills, and has driven organizational changes by implementing recognized best practice solutions and exemplary work ethics.
