Haithem Ibraheem

Haithem joined ICD Brookfield Place in 2017, prior joining Brookfield Properties, Haithem was the Head of operations of Al-Hamra real-estate company, focused on operating Al Hamra Business Tower and Luxury Center for 7 years in Kuwait. Also worked in the development & operations management of several projects and high-rise buildings like Al Razi Hospital, Sanabil Tower and the Central Bank of Kuwait.

Haithem holds master’s degree in global management and competitive intelligence from ESLSCA University, Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cairo University, Certified Value Specialist from the Society of American Value Engineers, Certified Facilities Manager from the Institute of Leadership and Management in UK, and serves as a board member for the Emirates Green Building Council.
