Hichem Troudi is the Vice President of Projects Transformation at DAMAC and a multi-award-winning digital leader driving digital transformation across the AECO industry.

Having held leadership roles with WSP, Stantec, KEO International Consultants, and Dar Al Riyadh, he has led pioneering initiatives in BIM, VDC, Spatial AI, Data Visualization, AI & Automation, Digital Advisory, and Enterprise Transformation across the GCC and Middle East.

Hichem has been awarded the Digital Visionary of the Year 2025, Digital Construction Innovator of the Year (2024 and 2025), and Digital Transformation of the Year, and was shortlisted among the Top 10 ConTech Leaders at ConFex.
