Hisham Hammami

I’m a senior technology executive with over 30 years of experience driving digital transformation and innovation across government and enterprise sectors in Saudi Arabia and the United States, with expertise in IT strategy, smart solutions, data center architecture, and infrastructure modernization.

I currently serve as SME Enterprise Solutions for King Salman International Airport Development Company, where I lead the deployment of intelligent systems in construction management. Previously, as Chief Information Officer at the Royal Court and the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, I led initiatives including e-government implementation, national-scale digital platforms, and cybersecurity programs.

I began my career in the U.S. with the State of Ohio in senior IT roles and later founded SOS Technology Solutions.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Franklin University and am fluent in English and Arabic.
