James Glass is currently the Director of Learning & Development at AX CAPITAL in Dubai. He draws on his experience in Brokerage, PropTech, FinTech, and Aviation in Dubai to bring a wealth of experience to the organization and his team.

James defines ‘success’ in his current role as driving AX CAPITAL to become a brokerage known for their expertise, in every sense of the word.

Born and raised in France to American parents, furiously in love with his gorgeous South African wife, Dubai has become home, and James truly considers himself a citizen of the world.
