Jhanzaib Shah

Jhanzaib Shah is Executive Director of Project Controls at Osool Integrated Real Estate Company, where he leads project controls, digital transformation, performance management, and governance across a diverse real estate portfolio.

With over a decade of experience in major capital programmes and complex developments, he has worked across planning, risk, reporting, PMIS, document management, and operational improvement.

His experience includes leadership roles on large-scale Saudi developments, including AMAALA, as well as major government and infrastructure programmes. Jhanzaib is focused on how AI, data, automation, and integrated digital platforms can improve decision-making, strengthen governance, and reduce the effort required to manage complex portfolios. He is also pursuing an Executive MBA at HEC Paris, with a interest in future-ready intelligent project delivery.
