Director Asset, Property and Support Management, Expo City Dubai

As Director of Asset, Property & Support Management at Expo City Dubai, John leads the city’s commitment to operational excellence, overseeing the safety, functionality and efficiency of infrastructure and services while driving resilience, stakeholder satisfaction and future-ready operations.

John’s current remit is informed by a deep-rooted history with the site, having previously managed facility and asset management strategies for both Expo 2020 Dubai and COP28.

His prior experience includes more than 15 years in large-scale operational environments in the UAE across preventive maintenance, capital planning and vendor management, with senior roles at the Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) in Abu Dhabi and Link ME Global.

John holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel and catering management from Oxford Brookes University.
