José Francisco García is Senior Project Director, Industrial Engineer with an International Master’s degree in Projects Administration (MSc) with more than 13 years of experience in the Water Industry. José Francisco has extensive experience in project management and administration in both wastewater and desalination, delivering construction projects with an ample range of technical requirements, commercial structures, in a variety of different countries and continents. Mr. García has developed his career in different countries in Middle East as well as Europe, contributing with the water sector on the design, engineering, construction and commissioning of the projects.
