Kabir Joshi

Kabir Joshi is the Founder and CEO at Vantage Capital and Vantage Properties, with more than 24 years of multi-disciplinary experience and over $2 billion in transaction exposure. He is recognized as a go-to expert on real estate development, portfolio strategy, asset management, investment analysis, joint ventures, acquisitions, as well as risk mitigation and management.

Kabir helps connect local and global investors to lucrative, structured, and well-researched off-market real estate transactions in the UAE, while simultaneously offering real estate & transaction advisory services to banks, private clients and family offices. He also leads the real estate development of high-quality mid-tier residential market offering world-class livability with a focus on building homes and developing unique buildings assuring high returns through an undeterred focus on unique aesthetics, amenities, and experiences.

At Vantage Properties, he has already overseen AED 1.5 billion in off-market deal origination and have concluded over AED 300 million investments in logistics, land, and ready assets. In terms of transaction advisory, Kabir was also instrumental in partnering with a UAE banking and financial services corporation to pull off an AED 200 million sale of 118 townhouses in Jumeirah Golf Estates. Twice, Kabir has also built the real estate divisions for large government and private organizations.

Previously, Kabir was the Head of Real Estate at Noor Bank where he facilitated a joint venture between Noor Investment Group (NIG) and Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation (AMAF). Here. He managed a 4,000 unit plus multi-asset class portfolio (Four-year target - increased net yield by 18%) and liquidated US$ 400 million at 12% higher than book value.

He began his career in sales with Dubai Holding in 2004 where he managed large account sales that amounted to AED 25 million+ deals and consistently met sales targets (~AED 750 million annually) demonstrating his customer-centric approach.

Prior to moving to Dubai, he lived in the United States working with the US Federal Emergency Management Authority (FEMA) which offers flood insurance to American homeowners who live in regions most prone to flooding.
