Subject Matter Expert on Asset Compliance to Federal, local and international laws and standards.Covering areas of Asset Handover, Asset Information Modelling Asset Lifecycle Planning, FM Organisation & Strategy, Procurement and FM Technology.

Karla is the Past Regional Director for the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) FM Consultant Council for the Midlle East. Her work with IFMA, seeks to advance the practice of FM Consulting, mentorship of existing and aspiring Consultants and promote IFMA across the region.

At the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) Karla was an instrumental part of the Examiner Board, assessing and certifying aspiring Facilities Management Professionals.

Interests; Training of FM professionals, mentoring of FMStrategic & Management personnel together with academic development of the profession.
