Khalid Qundos is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) and Director of Building Consultancy at Land Sterling, with over 14 years of experience across the UAE's real estate and construction sectors.

He specialises in the transition from construction completion to operational readiness, advising developers, investors, and operators on structured handover strategies that ensure compliance, protect asset value, and enable timely revenue generation. His approach integrates governance frameworks, digital tracking systems, and coordinated stakeholder engagement with authorities such as RERA and Mollak.

Khalid's experience spans the full asset lifecycle, including design-stage advisory, construction monitoring, pre-handover inspections, and defect liability management. He has contributed to the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects, including high-rise residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and landmark developments such as Expo 2020 and the Museum of the Future.
