Kifah Sbeitan

Holds a Bachelor degree in Architecture from UK , Master degree in Cities Urban Planning & a second Master degree in Real Estate Development.

A veteran of the real estate industry in the UAE, brings subject matter expertise in design, master planning& development within the areas of residential, retail, and commercial real estate along with excellent experience in District and Community Management.

Has 20 years’ experience in design management & real estate development in Jordan, Australia and UAE.

Kifah has been working with Dubai properties a member of Dubai Holding for more than 11 years and has established the frame work plan for Dubai Land and the land bank management owned by Dubai Properties, she has contributed in establishing the design guidelines and land use budget for many districts fall under Dubai Properties land bank including Business Bay, Culture Village phases (1) &(2) and Dubai Land and contributed in establishing the community and district management operation excellence frame work plan managing 7 Districts and 15 communities .

In other roles, Kifah was managing a portfolio of 42 communities under Aldar Estate , and prior to joining Aldar Kifah worked at PWC as real estate subject matter expert to manage projects in Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia . And recently has re-joined Dubai Holding Real Estate as Executive Director Property and Land Technical Services.

Kifah has been selected in 2017 by Dubai Municipality to be a jury member for Saint Joben International MultiComfort House Students Design Competition. And being an active social cyclist and runner volunteering to support young athletes Kifah has been selected in 2019 to be an Executive committee member in UAE cycling federation to support the development of the UAE national females cycling team , and recently has been accepted to become a member at Dubai Business Women Council.
