Kulvinder Singh

Kulvinder Singh has over two decades of experience in the realms of real estate and asset management, operations and facilities management, project management, design, fit-out and construction. Currently, serving as the Group Chief Advisor and Asset Management Officer at Adeeb Group, a leading service organisation in the United Arab Emirates, Kulvinder is responsible for driving the transformation strategy and scaling the diversification of the group. Prior to this Kulvinder served as Director of Facility Management/Asset Management at New York University Abu Dhabi, and Senior Asset Manager at Tamkeen Abu Dhabi LLC. Throughout his career, Kulvinder has been involved in managing high-profile assets across various industries, including higher education, retail, corporate commercial, residential, and hospitality in the region. Kulvinder has worked in different capacities representing asset owners, designers and consultants, service providers and contractors. His diverse background has equipped him with a holistic perspective adopting a whole-life value approach to manage the built-environment, enabling him to navigate the complex landscape of real estate and asset management with ease. As a Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) and a Committee Member of the UAE Chapter of IWFM, Kulvinder actively contributes to the professional community. In addition, Kulvinder holds an Associate Membership with the Institute of Asset Management. His academic accomplishments include a Masters in Facility Management, a Diploma in Asset Management, as well as LEED and NEBOSH qualifications. Kulvinder is pursuing his Masters in Sustainability Leadership from University of Cambridge, and has been recognized by REM Times amongst the top 50 influential Real Estate Management professionals in the UAE.
