A Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Finance, Kunal brings over two decades of experience across Owners Association Management, Facilities Management, Mechanical Contracting, Property Management, Banking and Financial Services. Having spent more than a decade in Dubai, he has developed an end-to-end understanding of the real estate lifecycle and the complexities of managing diverse communities.

As Managing DIrector of Symbiosis Owners Association Management, established in 2017, he has led the turnaround of several operationally and financially challenging properties into stable, self-sustaining communities. Today, Symbiosis manages a diverse portfolio spanning large residential developments, boutique communities, commercial, retail, villa and mixed-use properties. His management philosophy is centred on customer happiness, sustainability, energy efficiency and disciplined cost optimisation.
