Lara Bekhazi

Lara is the Chief Operating Officer of Tenderd, she is focused on helping Tenderd realize its vision to sustainably build humanity’s future by orchestrating and automating machines. Prior to Tenderd, Lara started her career as an Engineer with Royal Dutch Shell working in Canada, US, Ukraine and Gabon. She then switched gears and joined Bain & Company with a focus on Energy & Natural Resources, initially in Oslo, before moving “back home” to Dubai. She studied Chemical Engineering at McGill University and completed her MBA at INSEAD. Lara loves to read and spend active time outdoors, at the beach and in the mountains.
