At Gammon, Leo leads the company’s technology and innovation agenda, building scalable Data + AI capabilities and advancing the adoption of digital and AI-enabled ways of working across the organisation. His focus is on combining technology, people and operating playbooks to improve productivity, quality, safety and predictability in project delivery.
