Lynnette Sacchetto is a Harvard alumna and a recognized leader in real estate technology, fintech, and market intelligence, with more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of technology and property. A pioneer of PropTech and Big Data in Dubai, she has led some of the UAE’s most significant real estate data initiatives, including Dubai’s official House Price Index (Mo’asher), Property Monitor, and Data Finder, which helped transform market transparency and data-driven decision-making across the industry.

She is the Founder and CEO of RealTrust, a fintech company focused on simplifying and securing cross-border real estate transactions. Through its ecosystem of transaction management, escrow, payments, foreign exchange, and digital asset solutions, RealTrust enables international investors to move funds securely and compliantly into and out of the UAE.
