Mathew Hazenberg

Mat helps clients set up large capital projects, improve efficiency in delivery, and bring distressed projects back on track. He is passionate about setting up the right strategy for success, enhancing productivity in construction and driving down risk through effective planning and control.

Mat has worked in engineering and construction for 20 years, both in the UK and Middle East. His experience is in planning and delivering complex capital projects, spanning “giga-projects”, mixed-use real estate developments, and complex transport infrastructure and defense equipment programs.

Mat has a first class masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick in the UK. He is a Chartered Engineer and member of the UK’s Institution of Mechanical Engineers, and a school governor in Dubai.
