Her experience across diverse regions, disciplines, and subsectors spanning buildings and infrastructure enables her to develop strategies that deliver measurable savings and sustainable outcomes. She leads the BIM Unit under the Knowledge Management focused on Innovation Management, implementing standardized ISO 19650–aligned workflows and conducting internal audits to maintain compliance. Micheline also supports organizational objectives through technical proposals, risk mitigation planning, and coordination of BIM integration with GIS, sustainability, and quantity surveying.
