Mohamed Saadeh

Mohamed Saadeh is General Manager of Darwish Interserve Facility Management and one of the region’s leading figures in facility management, digital transformation, and AI integration. He brings a unique blend of operational expertise and technology leadership, helping organizations transition from traditional models to intelligent, data-driven facilities.

He has led and collaborated with over 4,500 engineers and professionals, managing some of Qatar’s most complex and high-profile facilities, including airports, museums, smart districts, and critical infrastructure.

Mohamed holds a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Hull, UK, and an MBA from the University of Northampton, UK. He is a Full Member of the CMC Global Institute, Board Member of OMAINTEC (2026–2030), and holds multiple certifications including Financial Analyst – Investment Foundation and Expert in Facility Management (Franklin University).

Recognized as Visionary Leader of the Year 2025 by MEFMA and CBNME and FM Executive of the Year 2024, he has been featured as a keynote speaker across major regional industry forums.
