Nitin Gupta

Nitin Gupta is the Founder and CEO of Vavetek AI, a B2B SaaS company pioneering the application of artificial intelligence within the AEC industry. A seasoned architect and building technologist with over three decades of experience, he has led the design and execution of more than 100 high-rise towers (up to 70 floors), along with mega hotels and large-scale commercial developments across Asia. Through deep expertise in value engineering and cost optimisation, he has delivered savings of hundreds of millions of dollars for global clients. Nitin holds two technology patents developed in collaboration with Professor Anjana Gupta and is dedicated to leveraging AI to enhance cost efficiency, sustainability, and innovation across the building engineering sector.
